Crosier, Mariana “Vicki” EAST BERNE Mariana “Vicki” Crosier, 82 of East Berne, handed away on Monday, March 1, 2021, at The Group Hospice Inn at St. Peter’s Hospital. Born in Albany on October 6, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Thomas F. and Anna Wooden. She and her husband, John, ran the Village Pantry, and later Crosier Realty, in East Berne for a few years. Vicki’s private expertise with loss led her to turn into a passionate volunteer with organ donation packages and assist for households, each domestically and nationally. She volunteered for U.N.O.S. (United Community for Organ Sharing) and the Heart for Donation and Transplant She domestically pioneered the founding of Compassionate Pals, supporting households after the loss of a kid, and M.O.D. (Moms of Organ Donors) Squad. Most not too long ago she labored for the Lions Eye Financial institution in Albany. Vicki beloved butterflies, the image of hope that can be used within the transplant and donation group. She might be missed by all who knew her. Vicki is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, John E. Crosier Jr.; her son, Kevin Crosier (Barbara); her daughter, Karen Storm (Raymond); grandchildren, Justin Crosier (Laurel), Claire Crosier, Amanda West (Ryan), Kristen Raffensperger (Scott), Nicole Storm and Michelle Miller (Rob); and eight great-grandchildren. Along with her mother and father, Vicki was predeceased by two sons, Kyle and Kenneth Crosier; and her brother, Charles Wooden. On account of COVID-19 restrictions, companies might be personal. A public celebration of life is being deliberate for this summer season when it’s secure to assemble.
