Chase Edward Fraley, age 18, of Cameron, NC, handed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at UNC-Chapel Hill Hospital.
Chase was born on March 19, 2003 in Moore County, NC to Travis Jerald Fraley and Heather Kelley Fraley. He was a graduate of Union Pines Excessive Faculty Class of 2021. Chase was a journeyman plumber with Ray’s Plumbing in pursuit of his plumbing license. He was an avid outside sportsman who loved searching and fishing. In 2018, Chase was acknowledged as killing the most important buck in NC. He’ll endlessly be remembered for his free spirit and contagious smile. Chase gave life to others by being an organ donor.
Along with his dad and mom, he’s survived by a brother, Hint Fraley of Cameron, NC; two step-brothers, Steven Gregory Fraley and Jeffrey Allen Fraley each of Hope Mills, NC; his paternal grandmother, Betty Sue Fraley; maternal grandparents, Edward and Penny Kelly of Ayer, MA; and paternal great-grandmother, Myrtle Diehl of Rockingham, NC; his aunts: Elizabeth Fraley of Fayetteville, NC; and Erin (Steve) Ernst of Pepperell, MA; and uncle Ted Fraley of Palm Springs, CA. He additionally leaves behind many cousins and cherished buddies and searching buddies.
A Celebration of Chase’s Life shall be held on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. at New Covenant Fellowship Church.
In lieu of flowers, the household asks that memorials be made in his reminiscence at www.honorbridge.org to acknowledge his legacy of leaving life to others by way of organ donation or to donate blood at an area blood drive in his reminiscence.
