SELINSGROVE — “Operation Organ Donor,” a week-long marketing campaign by Susquehanna College’s Paul Dannelley Chapter of the Public Relations Pupil Society of America (PRSSA), was awarded first place in a nationwide marketing campaign competitors.
The award from the PRSSA acknowledges the chapter for its “wonderful analysis, inventive techniques and spectacular outcomes” of the four-day marketing campaign held in April on the SU campus.
The marketing campaign concerned each in-person and digital college students collaborating in video games and actions, together with an organ-donor themed trivia contest.
PRSSA college students registered 70 new organ donors on account of the marketing campaign.
“Operation Organ Donor” additionally received first place in Pennsylvania as a part of the College students Save Lives Reward of Life School Problem. That is the second 12 months in a row that Susquehanna has positioned first within the state.
