DENVER (KDVR) – The coronavirus pandemic continues to create a backlog for a lot of companies affecting every little thing from flights to health club membership cancellations.
Volunteer firefighter Anna Grose tells the FOX31 Drawback Solvers she canceled her Frontier Airways flight when she discovered her son wanted a kidney transplant and her husband can be the donor.
When it got here time to rebook the flight there was such a backlog that her voucher expired whereas she was ready to guide the journey.
“They’re busy I get that, it was simply the frustration of the entire system” she stated.
The Drawback Solvers reached out to Frontier’s company headquarters, offering Grose’s documentation.
